Stem stitch
Stem Stitch

Stem stitch I have used just as an outline stitch.
I stared this some time ago with my quilting group, good excuse to finish it.
Its a lovely stitch and would be great for enclosing other stitches.

    ohhh I love this, stem stitch is one of my preferred stitches for this type of embroidery, lovely colour

    Hi Pippa, lovely stitch, it,s one of my favourites, it's like colouring in a picture book and keeping inside the lines.
